How can increase the ringer frequency? It only rings twice and then go to my inbox.

My old sony ericcson it was the same but i manage to change it to 5 rings before went to mailbox

Voice mail pickup time is independant of the phone. It should have stayed at whatever setting you had with your old phone.  I don't have VM but it should be adjustable by Fido or by sending a command to your Voice Mail from your phone.  Call Fido to get the code or ask them to set the number of rings before VM pickup for you.

Voicemail delay can NOT be changed by Fido. It's hard coded in the GSM HLR switch and is default to 20 seconds, ie 4 rings. You used to be able to change it, but that is no longer possible,.
