Upgraded phone no confirmation email.

Hi there,

I decided to upgrade my phone and change my plan today. I recieved a confirmation email about my new plan but nothing about the upgrade to my phone. I am just wondering if the upgrade information went through and when I can expect it to be delivered or check the status with a tracking number?

The plan change is immediate, hence the email you got right away! For the phone, you'll get the email as soon as the device is shipped from our warehouse.

Just curious, what phone did you order?
