Dear fido team, I am the current subscriber for the data service, and owned a 4 Samsung Tab over the years. I would like to request to obtain the unlock code so that I can use these devices while travelling. My Question is what I need to provide you in order to get the unlock code for all my devices. I was asked to reach out to the representitives but don't see anything related to this matter. I appreicate if you can point me out exactly which link I can go to. Thank you in advanced.

If the devices are locked to Fido, you can call customer service and askl them the code to unlock it. They can also guide you in the procedure was well.
