Unlocked Nexus S from US

I am thinking about buying a unlocked nexus s from the states, will it work with my sim card?

Make sure it is an AT&T phone, or model GT-I9020A or GT-I9020F.

The part about it showing roaming on the FIDO network, this is resolved by updating the software to the latest version.

So long as it isn't the AWS model it will. It will show as roaming on the Fido network, but that is a glitch left over from their integration with the Rogers network.
