It's possible to unlock your device without connecting to iTunes,
To complete your iPhone’s unlocking, you’ll need to restore it through iTunes. If you have a non-Fido SIM card with you, instead of connecting to iTunes, insert the SIM in the phone and follow the on-screen instructions. More info here .
As for an unlock code, one is not required when it comes to unlocking an iPhone!
