I placed an order yesterday for a new phone. When I log into the website today I can see the order is in progress. When I use the android app it does not show any orders. Not sure why I don't see it in the app. Is there a delay when the info in the app gets updated.

I rread on another post that only orders being sent to your house will show up in the app. As I had my phone sent to a store that is why it did not show up.

Hi @Kent2 , has the information changed on your app yet? If not, you could ask for technical assistance by calling *611 on your device, or use the website for now and delete and re-install the app if you haven't already done so.
