Texting

Put my sim card in a new phone, I can receive text but not send then. What is the setting?

i have the same problem and the settings are correct. it was working fine and just one day it wouldn't sent texts. i tried everything but its still not sending out msg. and when i called fido they coudn't really help me because i am using unlocked phone from U.S.

so i just changed to my old fido phone. hope you had it fix though?!!

double check to see if you have the proper SMSC number
