Stolen phone will i pay for the device?

Someone break into my appartment and stole my ipad and newly received iphone 8plus( not activated yet) what am i going to do?

Sorry to hear that your apartment was broken into.

Unfortunately you will still have to pay for the device, if you have renters insurance you can contact your insurance company and see what they can do. 

At this time all you can do is file a report with your local police department and also let Fido know and they can blacklist the phone.
