For some reason, since yesterday, I am not able to have a connection with my phone. It rings but I am unable to answer the call. I don't even hear the dial-tone when I make or receiVe a call. What could this be caused by? I got the phone a little less then a month ago, and I feel like going back to Fido with it.

It sounds as though your SIM card may have gotten disconnected. Have you tried removing the SIM and placing it back?
