Samsung f266 not recieving text from one contact. :(

Hi, iv been having this problem for nearly 3 weeks. Im able to send messages to my girlfriend but i can recieve her messages, we've tried everything, I also purchased a new SIM card.. still the same, I rebooted, removed my battery, did a master reset.. I still cannot recieve messages from my girlfriend. My blocked list and reject lists are empty, I never blocked anyone. What can this problem be, im really getting fed-up now.

Hey there 242,

Have you verified the very bottom of your blocked list? Slot 1, 2 ,3 etc. might be 'empty'  but take a look at slot 8.

I don't know why this happens, but I've seen this a few times before. The blocked number appears in the very last slot.

have you tried calling customer service....and speaking to tech support?

what your status ?

I would recommend that your GF initiate a call with her service provider so that they can trace the sms when she sends it.  That way they can confirm whether the sms has reached fido's network.
