You can buy it directly from samsung if you want it so desperately.
Sometimes (but not always) Fido will start adding new phones to the inventory (e.g. Note 4). Usually that happens sometime in Jan or Feb.

Fido do not carry the Galaxy Note 8, you can always buy it directly from Samsung if needed.
