Samsung Galaxy Note 4 "Unfortunately Phone has stopped working message"

Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Android Version 6.0.1

I can be using my phone, actually talking on it and the message "Unfortunately phone has stopped working" will appear, I can continue talking on the phone, but have to power off the phone before I can use it to do anything again.

That's really an inconvenience. I'm sure we can figure this out and get this fixed for you.

Did you make any changes on your phone recently?  Sometimes this error message can appear due to a new app or an update. Usually finding the app and clearing the cache and data will fix the issue ( To do that, go on Settings > Applications >  Application Manager > Storage ). 

If the issues still persists, trying uninstalling the app completely to see if that helps. Let us know how it goes.
