make sure to backup all data to gdrive, plug phone into power brick, start download, cross your fingers. hope that the apps work after update., as i have s9+ too (however, mine is from samsung store, so i am not sure if i get the same update as i am on fido network like you)
We don't have different updates sent for different provinces.
The updates are sent depending on the device and not the province.

Uhmm how about starting by actually releasing the update on time, as in the failed delivery (Feb 4th) set by Fido.
And please don't say updates are released in batches. That's false information for Samsung OS updates.
how many more years we have to wait for this update!! fido webside said it was for yesterday i was like so happy like a small kid and all the dream crashed down! it must be a joke we pay 1000$ for a phone we expect better service. you guys say 4feb than should be that! when we miss a payment we are bombarded with fees, out of context here but still..
What sucks is the original answer that "It is released in batches". Why not tell the truth from the get-go that you don't know or aren't sure? No problem with things being delayed but when the original reply was a different one then it makes you question any reply you get from FIDO on anything.
