I called fido, was sent a shipping label , returned my phone within 15 days, etc. This was over a week ago. When will my fido device balance be zero? I returned it so that I could get a different (better) phone and I'm stuck waiting without knowing what's happening. Thank you

The device balance should be removed from your account once the return has been processed. I would recommend looking at the tracking number in order to see if the phone has been received, once the phone is received, the device balance shouldn't take long to be removed from the account.
You can also contact customer service if you want to be 100% sure.

The device was shipped same-day & was dlivered to the oakville ontario location over a week ago. Still have not received any communications from Fido yet so beginning to be concerned.
I will call customer service.
