Hi there. I hope you are all doing well and healthy.
I was supposed to get my new iPhone today with Purolator, unfortunately, they couldn't deliver because Fido didn't provide them with my unit number and buzz code. Called Purolator, they said Fido has to give them authorization for the change of address. I am not able to get hold of Fido on the phone. The wait is very very long.
Is there another alternative to reach to them?
