We have 1 account with 2 separate phone numbers. My son has iPhone 7 and I recently upgraded to iPhone 8. Since the upgrade, every time my son sends me a text, I receive it with my own name and phone number. As if I'be sent it to myself!
I have gone through his phone info. Everything seems to have all his info attached to it.
I called 611 for help. She couldn't figure out what is happening either. She had me turn off messaging and FaceTime. Then reset the network. Did not fix anything. Any ideas?
