Poor Customer Service

One fine morning, I saw another linenadded to my account. I haven't given any confirmation of purchasing a new phone when I currently use one. Tried contacting the customer service and no human is giving responses. So pathetic situation is what I'm forced to and feeling so helpless.

It sounds like your account has been compromised and you are a victim of fraud, in this situation, you would need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to help you. I know the wait times can be long because of all the current ongoing promotions but you can also contact them through live chat or over social media see here for all the different ways to contact them.
