Still waiting for phone ordered, I dont  get any email. Can I cancel this order, This phone is available to other provider.

Ive been waiting for over two weeks for my phone and it's not even an iPhone it's a google pro 6 why lie to customers and say it will be 2-5 business days when it's been over two weeks with no tracking number
