Hi. I have an iPhone 12 mini that I got from Fido. The phone has a balance of $380.00 left on it. I was wondering if I could swap phones for Samsung flip Z4 which you have for )800.00.  I would return my iPhone to you and not have to pay the balance

it would be easier to pay off the iPhone.  then sell it. then go buy the z 4. or goto Samsung Canada store or Samsung site and look at trade in

Unfortunately, it does not work like that, you can change your device at any time but if you want to get a new device through Fido you would need to pay off the remaining balance of the current device before upgrading to a new device.
