Hello there
I reserved the Samsung Galaxy S4 a few weeks ago and was excited when I got the shipment notification. After checking the tracking number provided, the status of the shipment was "Delivered" just one day after it was shipped (this was last week).
That same day I went to the Fido location that I chose and the rep told me that they didn't have any and that they would call me in around 2-3 days when I could pick up my phone. Well, it has been almost a week now and still haven't received any call from that Fido location. What should I do?
I wouldn't have any issues with the delay if this would be happening around launch date (May 3rd), but it has been almost 2 weeks that this phone has been out and I have seen people from Fido without a reservation getting their S4s.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
