I made the payment on Feb 22nd for a CPO iphone 16 Pro. I submitted the order and credit was deducted on my credit card but I received nothing like a confirmation email from Fido (already checked my spam and junk emails). I found several similar cases in Fido Community. Just wondering how these were solved and what could I do?

I would give the question an answer. The problem was solved but Fido cannot help you with it. It will be automatically reversed around 5 days because a transcation cannot be always pending. If they miss the order, it can never be processed, nor tracked by Fido, and then cancelled automatically.
