I am an existingfido customer, as well as the sole account owner. The link under my account does not appear, nor does the upgrade function. What is the problem, and how can I fix this?

Login in to Fido on the website & it should load up your account. There should be a yellow button that says "Phone Reservation". Click on it & you should be able to reserve your iPhone 5.

Hey stacey,
I'd suggest checking this page as it includes several troubleshooting steps if you are having problems with the reservation system.
If you are using IE9, it is not compatible, so you would need to try with a different browser.
