By the way I was on support for one and a half hours and they could not fix it. They made it worse now the 2nd phone on the account also says SOS where it use to say either 3G or edge.
Is this a Fido branded blackberry or an unlocked one from elsewhere?
have u tried going into manage connections > mobile network options > scan for available networks > choose fido ?? let me know if that works
