Why does my Samsung s9 keep dropping calls, sending failed messages, cannot load apps/browser and cannot video call when my internet says 4g but works perfectly fine when it says lte? It drops to 4g multiple times on the daily. I have factory restarted my phone, reset network connections on my phone and had my network reset through Rogers tech support (5 times now). My girlfriend and I share an account with 2 numbers. She has a Samsung s8 with the same issues. It has been doing this since February. How can this be fixed permanently?

We definitely want for you to be able to use your full services. Can you please try your sim card in another device? We would be able to establish if this is related to the sim card or the device.
