Lg optimus 2x NAME DISPLAY never works

The title says it all I guess. The only thing I can see is caller's phone number not his name/caller id.

Is there anyway to fix that? Was told by a fido sales rep that it will work just fine and I bought 'the value pack'' which includes Name display for 2 my fido numbers and neither of them works.

Horrible experience with fido customer service so far nobody can help. Please help. Any suggestions ?

Hey Briansdgdsgsg!

Did you install anything, like a custom ROM (operating system version) or an application, that could interfere with your name display service?

Have you tried to reset the phone to the factory settings?
