I have not heard of any issues with IM on this device.
However, here is some troubleshooting I may suggest:
- Does you internet work? Do you have any internet blocks? If so, you would have to remove them for the IM to work.
- Have you verified that you are using the proper username and password?
- Do you have an error message? If so, what is it?
