Hello stromer,
Here is how to delete games or applications from your phone:
1- Press Menu and select Games & Apps.
2- Select My Games & Apps and choose Applications.
3- View and manage any applications you have.

If it doesn't work or if you need more assistance with that, I would invite you to call LG at 1-888-542-2623.
As for your other issue, I suggest that you call technical support to have them investigate this matterwith you. They may be reached at 1-888-481-FIDO(3436), or 611 from your Fido, option 3 - 4 - 2.
