Is the Google pixel 7 back ordered?

 I ordered the new Google pixel 7 last week. And I'm wondering if it's back ordered as I still haven't received any notification that it's been delivered to the store. If it is back ordered,does anyone know how long it'll take?

Ordered mine March 25, itsnow May 25. Not a word from Fido. Think I'll just cancel everything

Sorry to read about your experience. Have you already tried reaching out to cusotmer service to get an update? Also when orders take longer than usual, we communicate you any info by email so make sure to check your inbox our junk folder for an email from us.

Did contact them online many times. They called me yesterday to let me know that I won't be getting it as it's gone out of production. Yeah after two months of waiting, using an old Nokia all the while. Thanks fido

Already tried to contact customer support. Got directed to that stupid ask jack platform. Most useless piece of garbage system which is never helpful.  I will actually try the DM method. Thanks for the suggestion..

Hi @Jennie2 , good choice for a device. I'm looking at that one also. I think the best way to find out what the status is, is to contact Fido's customer support. You can call 611 from your device or send a dm to fidosolutions on Twitter, or through any of the avenues listed Here
