Iphone 12 pro shipment confirmation

I ordered an iPhone 12 pro with plan last week online and it said the order should be received in up to 5 business days but until today I still haven't received the shipment confirmation and tracking number. Anyone can help me? Thanks.

After 2 weeks order now I received email update on your device :

We’re sorry that it’s taking longer than usual to get it to you. It will ship within the next 3+ weeks. When your device is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking number, so you’ll know exactly when it will arrive.

so please some one explain to me 3+2=5 week !?!?! That is incredible!!!!

and customer service just today before I receive this email said your device is ready to release from our warehouse.

We understand how frustrating it can be to have to wait a longer time for your phone. It isn't at all our intention.

It's possible the phone was not back-ordered at the time of your order but directly after it became. This phone is in very high demand.

Once it will be in stock again, it will be shipped to you and you will be notified right after.
