I need information about the status of my new phone

Last Sunday I ordered my new phone and still don't receive the link or tracking of my order. On the page it said that it had to reach my mail within 24 hours. I'm still waiting and really need the phone.

You will receive the email once the device has been shipped, given the supply shortage and the demand deliveries are taking longer than usual, if you need more information regarding the status you would need to contact customer service directly.
