I ordered my phone last Black Friday with good deal (Samsung Galaxy S23 258GB with $8.33 monthly plan). After a week I got email they will back ordered.
I was still waiting for 2 month and I got message today it was canceled due to it doesn't have it in the stock anymore.
I ordered Samsung Galaxy S23 258GB, so I ask if I down storage (128GB) it is possible to get same pirce and they said "No". "Your price is just Black Friday promotion and we don't have the same price anymore"
I countinued to use expensive plan and nothing get it right now. I am so disappointed fido's service.
I never order new phone with fido anymore.
