I don't know what happened. I was on a call with my dad on my newly under contract Samsung Galaxy S24FE, like would be 50 mins ago as of writing this, it is now 9:50pm. The device stopped working. After I heard the click of my dad hanging up, it usually turns on showing he or anyone hung up. But not this time, I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't turn on. To I did the ole force reboot (volume down with power button until I felt a little rumble). It turned it on but I couldn't like swipe to unlock. I tried doing that reboot again and it worked. I managed to reset all settings and it still won't work properly. It was working all day until like 9pm Saskatchewan time today. I don't know what to do, I'm on a back up phone of my old phones(Samsung Galaxy z flip 3, luckily it still works). I just received it in the mail on October 17th, it was shipped on the October 16th from fido in Ontario. Does this mean I'm like sol and I have to pay 2 years for a broken device? Or can I ship it back and not need a new phone for a bit as this zflip3 phone works better than that one? Please help. I can't afford to buy it out and or get it fixed locally as I'm on disability.. this phone is the only thing connects me with my support team and drs.
