Could you provide a bit more information?
Is every text you receive also being received as an email?
Do you still receive texts or only emails?
From the example below, it almost looks like an MMS (picture message) and not an SMS (text).
Has Picture Messaging (MMS) every worked properly before for you?
Let's start with that information and see what we can figure out.
Do you have Fido My Account app on your phone?
If so, open it and go to Services, then click on Extreme Text Messaging. Then click on Copy.
If you see your email adress there, remove it.
If you don't have Fido My account App on the phone, then download it and do same thing.
If you don't see your email after clicking on copy, then let us know, ill look for different reasons.
