How to unlock lg pad lll 8.0

I got my unlock code for Fido. I have inserted another provider sim card.

When tablet starts up, I am asked to enter a pin to unlock; I usually enter my password to access my tablet. 

Where do I enter the code to unlock the tablet for use with other sim card?

When you startup the tablet with a non-Fido SIM it should ask to enter the unlock code.

When I start up my tablet, the sequence is below:

"This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked" There is a 'Dismiss' button.

Next screen is 'Secure start-up' - Enter PIN to unlock. I enter my code to unlock to access my tablet.

Android loads up and I have access to my tablet. 

Then it shows the first screen (This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked) again. I select Dismiss to access my tablet.

Where can I enter the unlock code?

@salmon it appears you enter the wrong unlock code too many time and now the device is hard locked meaning it can not be unlocked with the code anymore, you will need special software and hardware to get it unlock now.

I would suggest you check with a local cellphone repair shop.
