I logged into my account, it says the payment date but im not sure if thats the plan end date. I also saw the upgrade date but Im not precisely sure if thats the end date either. Where exactly can I find the end date?

You can check the next upgrade date by going to Fido.ca > My account > Services. You will then need to choose the number and scroll down to "My Device" and "Next upgrade". The date that shows is 30 days before your agreement end date and the "Upgrade today fee" is the remaining balance on your current phone. Hope this helps!
