How can I update or reactive my SIM card?

Hi there. 

I lost my SIM card for a long time and notified the system to maintain my phone number. But now, I just bought a new SIM card and asked my localtion Fido staff how to reactive my old phone number. And he said I must call Fido Customer Servive to reactive that. But I just call FCS yesterday and they said that I can update by myself. But the problem is I lost my SIM card, how I can remember the number on that to update the new one?

This is odd because both the store and customer service would be able to activate the new SIM card. There is no way for you to do it yourself because you do not have the information need from your old SIM card.


I would suggest you call customer service again or visit a Fido branded store and ask them to do it as you can not do it yourself.

Like I said above you will need to contact customer service or visit a Fido corporate store and let them know you do not have the old SIM card so they need to do it.
