I'm sorry to learn that you're having difficulty using your Wireless Home Phone service!
Could you please make sure of the following?
- Three lights should be displayed if the device is working off the battery and 4 lights if plugged in a power outlet
- Verify that your location has adequate reception (you can refer to our coverage map)
Good reception = Green
Medium reception = Yellow
Low reception = Red
- Verify that the phone is properly plugged in the device, and that the cable is not broken or damaged.
If you can confirm all of those things, try plugging in your phone in the second jack on the device and then placing a call.
You can also try another phone and see if that works better!
