Haven't received any 'Ready for Pick-up' email and cannot connect to any customer service

I ordered a phone 8 days ago on Black Friday promotion. And after receving the order confirmation email, I haven't received any email asking me to pick up my phone. Worst of all, none of the customer service is available. I saw some people complaining about not receving the email and eventually received an order cancellation after a few days. What should I do? Can anyone help?

I ordered last friday but got a notification just today on the email that the item is not available on the pickup location and that they have already cancelled my order including the plan. Tried to order again and it pushed through. I hope it doesn't get cancelled again Sad
