Google Pixel 6A out of stock

Hello, 

I changed my plan to buy google 6a. It was written that you will get phone in 2 to 5 days when I changed my plan at 24.11.2022. It was black Friday and the offer that Fido gives make me choose it since we need a phone and it says you will get one close time.

Now I am calling customer service and they say   say there aren't any stock and they can't say anything about time of delivery. They say if I want to cancel, I can... What kind of costumer service is this? I feel like I am scammed, I changed my plan, and I don't have the phone overall. I would have choosed another phone if your stock is up to date. It is like a CBC marketplace news ...
