Galaxy Q

So my galaxy q has been acting up. The lights on the bottom will come on, but my screen stays black. Any advice?

Hi Chipi,

Does the screen not work at all? Or is this intermittent? If you're able to get to your settings, I'd suggest trying a reset to factory settings (settings > backup & reset).

Another thing - do you think the connection between the screen and the keyboard may be damaged? There's a thread that describes this here.
