GPS not working on Blackberry 8520

Hi,

Since I've had my phone, the GPS is not working.  If I go into Advanced Options | GPS, the only option for GPS Data Source is None.  Is this a limitation of my plan, or is my device malfunctioning?  What do I do to resolve this?

The phone does not have GPS capabilities.
