I have been paying for device proection plan for almost 2 years, my phone just crashed, now they are asking me to pay 200$ for another phone, and they dont make my version anymore.
When i asked Assurion to show me that this is the worth of the phone, they could not.
I asked then, how do i know this is the value, just you saying so? and they could nt respod.
They could not do anything for me, they said i could buy a certain version of another phone for a certain amount, i said, i want to choose a phone of my liking not what they can offer only.
Then they say, to talk to Fido for anything else - passing the buck,
have been loyal customer for many phone lines for a few years now , re thinking my value for my money.
Very frustrating that the store cannot do anything, always say ,need to call customer service.
