I bought a A15 with no downpayment and around 14$ monthly charge x 24 month. But these costs are not being accounted for in the bill, how can I pay them off? entirely or atleast the required 14$ amount monthly.

  As mentioned in a previous reply to you, this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customer accounts (see here). We would not be able to determine why you might not be seeing the monthly finance charge on your bill.

 

  You can pay additional lump sums or the entire balance of the device (see here). I believe customer service is required in order to make the lump sum payments towards the device financing.

 

  If you wished to go over your account or make additional lump sum payments towards your device, you would need to contact customer service. They can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
