Fido store has not contacted me

Fido affiliated store has not contacted me regarding my phone reservation last month. I checked the status and it was shipped on Oct. 29th. Until now I haven't received any emails or calls from the designated pick up store.

what's going on?

Have you tried contacting the store directly and hearing what they say?
