Fido not showing the right pricing for phones

I noticed that Fido is offering the Pixel 8a for $0 a month, as shown in the first two screenshots where the Payment Program Promotion credit covers the entire cost. However, when I proceeded to checkout, the Payment Program Promotion credit now only covers $23.17 a month, forcing me to pay $10 a month for the phone. Why did this change? This seems like a bug. Can someone help clarify this?

Hello, @Mustang1984 & @2xyu it does seem to be a glitch on that page, I just tried and the phone is saying it is $28.29 a month but when I go through the process and get to the page in your screenshot it does show the same thing as yours if I continue it then changes to $0 month.

 

Edit: If I just go to devices on the website it shows $28.29 but when I go through the process it shows $0 then when I get to the final page it only shows $23.17 discount.

 

If I go to my line and then select upgrade device here it shows $0 then on the final page it only shows $23.17 discount I would suggest you contact customer service directly and have them look into it.
