Fido haven't sent my phone!

I ordered a certified preowned Samsung phone through Fido.ca and although I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks Fido still haven't sent my phone! When I call them they say they don't have stock for the phone! It is a pre-owned phone, how come you don't have a stock for the phone you sell online? Worst part is Fido is not offering any solutions to solve my problem. It is so frustrating. Never buy phone from Fido!

While the phone might be pre-owned if there is a shortage of the phone in general that would eventually lead to a shortage of the preowned ones because the new ones are not available for people to return. The device is most likely on backorder and they will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
