I was charged the monthly amount of $46.00 on April 3rd, April 20th and May 4th.
I thought this was a monthly plan ?!?

Did you check your invoice to see what and why you were charged on those dates? Since this is an account-related issue you would need to contact customer service directly and they would better assist you.
