Fido.blackberry email not in list of emails but has an icon on screen

Had to reformat BB 9360 last week, and reenter my emails. I did have a fido.blackberry email address and the icon (envelope) for it is still on my screen but the email is not listed in my list of emails. The main envelope on the screen says "(" which is the smaount of emails I did have, but have only setup 4 right now. Anyways how do I resetup the fido.blackberry email? When I go to add it to the list it save it already exists and pick a different name. How do I reactivate it or get back into it?

Have you ever created an account on www.fido.blackberry.com?@ You can access this url from a computer and manage your email accounts, as well as the @fido.blackberry.com account.
