Fido best buy scam

I was having promotion in my phone for Samasung S23 FE for 1.25$ after bill credit, on top of my 49$ per month service plane. I went to best buy and walmart they both said they can match the deal, But when my first bill came is 143$ which is really surprised me , its include 70$ setup fess which was never told and were never agreeded from my end. Please advise how to handle this scam, im sure i will be not able to afford these payments.

Hi @inderjit2401 , I'm sorry to hear you were charged the set up fee from best buy. The only way to avoid set up charges is to order your device directly from fido. Any other venue makes their commission for selling you the device and plan. Otherwise, they would not make any money by signing up new customers or device upgrades.
