Fido Dropped calls

Hi fido,

I have been having dropped calls for 2 of my lines ( LTE ) iphone x very frequently ? is someone else is having the same issue ?

Are you experiencing the drop calls indoor and outdoor? Does it happen at a specific location?

You can try these steps:

1. Restart your phone
2. Reset your network connections
3. Power off the phone take out your SIM card and then re-insert it back.
4. Call customer service and have them do a reset to switch on their end.
